At Grains of Good Foundation, we deliver high-quality, individualized services tailored to your child’s unique needs. Our team integrates evidence-based approaches, including ABA, speech therapy, play therapy, and sensory integration, to support the development of communication skills, adaptive abilities, and confidence.

During a 30-minute apppointment, we provide support and answers to your questions about:

• Inclusion and inclusive education;
• Navigating diagnosis, school systems, and available support programs in California and the Bay Area;
• Employee training on Universal Design and accessibility.

The consultations are offered through Grains of Good Foundation and are free of charge. This is made possible by community donations — if you have the opportunity and would like to support our programs, please donate.

Our team brings strong academic and practical skills to provide high-quality family-centered services.

Our Executive Director, Irina Pudovinnikova, holds a Master’s degree in Inclusive and Special Education and has completed the Applied Behavior Analysis Basic Series through the Verified Course Sequence at the Florida Institute of Technology. Olga Yushina is a Certified Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist. Together, we use our expertise in behavioral science, inclusive education, and peer support to deliver individualized services in English and Russian.
